Mutoh's DrafStation PRO is a professional high-end CAD and imaging printer at a sensational price. This machine is specifically intended for everything to do with design in fields like space engineering, the automobile industry, the spare-parts industry, shipbuilding, architecture, 3D photo renderings, project presentations, etc.

This compact 42.51" (1080mm) printer comes delivered with a motorised winding system and is equipped with a new "Wide Model" print head (4 colour sections, 360 nozzles/colour) for executing your CAD designs with impeccable resolution: 2880dpi. The DrafStation PRO stands out with razor-sharp lines, realistic photo quality, a wide range of colours, and seamless colour transitions.

The DrafStation PRO supports different resolution levels, so you always have the optimal choice between quality and speed. At 360dpi, an A0 object is done in only 91 seconds (=39.6m²/h). The incorporated "WavePrint" technology ensures consistent top-level print quality.

Another advantage of this CMYK printer is that, depending on the application, it can be used with 2 different ink sets. For typical CAD applications (i.e. line drawings) you can use CMY dye ink (110ml) and special black pigment ink. The black pigment is not only outstandingly UV stable, but also lets you work faster and with cheaper materials For CAD imaging applications you can start the machine up with a water based ink set (CMYK, 220ml).
