Mutoh ValueJet 1614

With a top speed of 18.2 m²/h the Mutoh's ValueJet 1614 printer is a smart solution for the sign and display market. Thanks to Mutoh's "i²" technology ("Intelligent Interweaving") the ValueJet 1614 supports typical production speeds (at 720 x 720dpi, 4 runs) of up to 15 m²/h on banner and sign media, as well as 8.6 m²/h on uncoated vinyl.

Using media with a width of 1625mm gives you a print width of 1615mm for colour posters, banners, lit panels, POS displays, announcements, signs and stickers.

The ValueJet 1614 is equipped with a new wide "Drop-on-Demand" piezo print head with 1440 nozzles in 4 colour sections (two rows and 180 nozzles/colour).

In addition to simple set-up and operation for relatively inexperienced users, the ValueJet 1614 "Eco-Solvent Ultra" printer offers a greater ink capacity (440 ml), which translates into lower production costs per m². In addition, the new vertical ink cartridge system makes this printer more ergonomic.

While the standard version of the ValueJet 1614 comes delivered with a non-motorised unwinding system for media rolls of up to 30kg (2"/3" core), it can be expanded with one of two alternative winding and unwinding systems. This option is especially recommendable for users who need to be able to "spin" high volumes and long objects with the ValueJet 1614.

The optional unwinding and winding systems that can be delivered are called "T Winder 30" (winding system with tension bar system, suitable for media rolls of up to 30kg) and "Unwinder/Winder 100" (motorised unwinding and winding systems with tension bar system for media rolls of up to 100kg).
